Cindy | Office Manager

Cindy began working as a Dental Assistant in 2005. She was very quiet when she first started, but that didn’t last long. Cindy loved being Dr. Walz’s right-hand lady, however, she recently took on the role of office manager for Dental Studio Associates and Cornerstone Kids Dentistry. She has a strong knowledge of dentistry, which not only helps in this role but aids patients in understanding their treatment plan and finances. She attended and graduated from Our Lady of the Elms with a BA in Science in 2009. Then we saw her marry her high school sweetheart in 2012 and then welcome her children soon after. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, doodling, and traveling down south to see the rest of her family.

Christina | Human Resource Manager

Christina commits her time to supporting employee growth and fostering a healthy, positive workplace environment. As the Human Resource Manager, she is passionate about building meaningful connections and ensuring that every team member feels valued, heard, and supported in their role. Christina believes a strong, supportive team is the foundation of a successful practice. Outside of her dedication to the team, she loves to travel, relishing the experience of being somewhere new. She also enjoys spending time with family, cooking/baking, and reading. Christina proudly claims the title of owner to a very spoiled dog who, she admits, runs the household.

Sara | Patient Coordinator

Sara brings 15 years of experience in the dental field, including 7 years focused on dental reception and insurance. She completed her education through the Porter & Chester Dental Assisting Program. Sara believes that dentistry is about more than just teeth; it's centered on trust, comfort, and helping people feel their best. Her primary goal is to provide thoughtful, and gentle communication that supports each patient and their needs. Outside of her work, Sara's greatest joy is spending time with her husband and children. She is actively involved in her church, where she leads worship singing and manages the church nursery. During the warmer weather, Sara, her family, and friends can often be found spending time in Cape Cod or at any accessible beach. She also enjoys baking something sweet for family and friends.

Karen | Patient Coordinator

Karen is a highly experienced professional with 37 years in the dental field, transitioning from 5 years of chairside experience to an administrative role as a Patient Coordinator. She is a graduate of the STCC Dental Assisting Program. Karen's primary goal is to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and at ease regarding their care. She focuses on simplifying insurance processes and clarifying treatment plans so patients are fully comfortable with the financial aspects of their treatment. Outside of the office, Karen enjoys activities that keep her active and inspired, such as hiking and walking on the beach. She is also a wine tasting enthusiast and enjoys exploring unique wine regions around the world.

Bianca | Patient Cordinator

Bianca brings a unique blend of organizational and communicative skills to her role as Patient Coordinator. She enjoys combining her skills to create a welcoming and organized environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and prepared. She strives to make each visit as smooth as possible. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, drinking coffee, and relaxing in the sun or at the beach.

Ashley | Patient / Insurance Coordinator

Ashley is a highly experienced professional with 8 years of expertise in this field. She graduated in 2015 from AIC with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Ashley is a collaborative team member who values her work. In her free time, Ashley enjoys being with her family and hosting friends

Tammy | Patient Coordinator

As a patient coordinator, Tammy’s approach to patient care is built on accuracy, compassion, and clear communication. She firmly believes that exceptional dental care begins the moment a patient walks in our office. She is dedicated to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone. Tammy thrives on being part of a team that focuses on improving patient health, confidence, and smiles. Outside of the office, Tammy is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their Jack Russell- Odie, hiking, biking, kayaking, and zip-lining. She finds immense joy in connecting with nature.

Maria | Billing Department

Maria is a valuable member of the administrative team, currently serving in our Billing Department. She completed the Dental Assisting program at Porter and Chester in 2007. Maria has 17 years of experience in the Dental field! Her career in dentistry includes experience in multiple administrative roles but Maria's passion lies in ensuring the practice runs smoothly behind the scenes. She enjoys the challenge of mastering the intricacies of insurance policies, stating that learning the "ins and outs" keeps her engaged and on her toes. Her work provides the critical support necessary for efficient patient care. Outside of the office, Maria is an avid nature lover who enjoys spending time outdoors, walking along trails, and hiking. She is also a dedicated reader who makes sure to read every night.
