  To make an appointment, please contact our office at 413-786-0085. New patients are always welcome and if you are experiencing a dental emergency, do not hesitate to call!

 

Our office hours are:

 

•Monday: 8am – 5pm

 •Tuesday: 8am7pm

 •Wednesday: 8am5pm

 •Thursday: 8am5pm

 •Friday 8am5pm

 

*Hours are affected by holidays.

 

 

Financial

 

  Our business staff can help you step-by-step through the insurance process. We are honored to work with you to ensure that you will receive the care you need, and also to maximize your yearly benefits. We strive to help all our patients with budgetary needs and

provide financial solutions. One of our main goals is to make sure treatment is affordable.

 

Payment Options: (You can choose from the following)

 

Cash or Check: When treatment is paid in full at the time of service, we extend a courtesy discount to our patients with no dental insurance. There is a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

 

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

 

CareCredit (NO INTEREST Payment Plan):

Benefits of this payment option could be as followed:

 

 •Allows you to pay overtime with NO INTEREST.

 •Convenient, low monthly payment plans are available.

 •No annual fees or pre-payment penalties.

 

Payment Terms:

  DSA requires payment prior to the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is completed, your refund will be determined upon review of your case.

 

  For plans requiring more than two appointments, alternative payment arrangements may be provided. For patients with dental insurance, we are happy to work with you and your carrier to help you maximize your benefits. NOTE: All copays are due at the time of service. Any balance after insurance pays is the patient's responsibility.

 

 

Cancellation

 

  If there is any reason you are unable to make your appointment, we do require a 48hour cancellation notice. There is a last minute cancellation or failed appointment fee that is automatically added to your account, which can be reviewed. We do understand life happens,

which may require you to move your appointment. Giving our office at least a 48-hour notice gives us the opportunity to offer the opening to another patient.
